I have a small passion for white dishes - matching white dishes, mismatched white dishes, white tea cups, white pitchers and white anything. I find most of my treasures at the local thrift store (DI). If it's not white, I spray paint it white and display it all over my house. I glue plates on cups to make tiered serving plates and grow grass in bowls for a touch of spring.
I display most of my favorites in the mudroom above our lockers.
I even took the doors off a set of kitchen cabinets to display more dishes. I saw the idea in a magazine and went straight home and drilled the screws right out. I love it!
