Color Fun

I tossed out dozens of old coloring books during our spring cleaning spree.  The girls were tired of coloring and drew pictures instead.  Summer hit and they asked for new color books.  I was a bit reluctant to have books and crayons scattered around the house again so I  kept putting it off until three days ago.  I spent a grand total of $2.50 and the girls have spent a grand total of 3 days coloring till their fingers ache.  It's the best babysitting money ever spent.  

Sunday Afternoons

Our Sundays are pretty lazy.  We come home from church by noon and eat lunch.  Then we make cookies, eat cookies,  read, bug one another, make messes, play games, fight, eat more cookies, go on a neighborhood walk and fall into bed exhausted.  It's actually quite fun.  The kids do get along surprising well considering they are stuck with each other ALL day.  It takes the entire week to recover from our Sunday afternoons.
