These two loved to hate each other all through junior high school.  High school came and they learned to tolerate each other since they were in the same friend group.  Then Alex turned cute and Makayla started to do her hair and makeup.   Voila!  That was a year ago and now they love like each other more than just friends.

Spring Break - Escalante - Day 2

This day was the best by far according to the kids.  We hiked to Calf Creek Falls to cool off in a FREEZING pool next to a water fall.  We then fed our starving kids lunch in the park and headed off to the slot canyons out in the boonies.  We put 10+ miles on our shoes and dumped at least that much in pounds of sand from our shoes.

Jarin and Porter helped everyone climb down a 15 foot drop.  They were awesome!

It was pretty tight going through.

By the time we were done, everyone was hungry, tired, and happy.  

We went to Circle D for some fine local beef.   

 BEST.  DAY.  EVER!
